About the school
In April 1918 the East Rand School Council instructed the Secretary to establish how many Afrikaans speaking learners past standard five were living on the Rand. If there were a sufficient number, an Afrikaans medium school would be established

Application forms are available at the school or can be obtained telephonically. Applications close in September
ARE THERE BURSARIES?
Bursaries are available to learners in the following categories: Head Boy and Girl, Deputy Head Boy and Girls, Honours in Sport, Academics and Culture
IS THERE BUS TRANSPORT?
Bus transport is available from all areas to the town centre. Voortrekker is in the same street as the bus depot
WHERE DO I PURCHASE A SCHOOL UNIFORM?
The school uniforms are available at Schoolwear (Peephole) in Market Street, Boksburg and at School and Leisure, Boksburg
